COMMUNITY ADVOCATE & YOUTH TRAININGS

Do you want to create change in your community? Do you want to organize your neighbors to fight for a greener environment, a more responsive government, or just to make the world a better place. I have leveraged my work training activists from all across this country to create a 12-step program for regular everyday individuals to learn the fundamentals of grassroots organizing

 

Issue Advocacy 101, will consist of a series of 50 minute online classes that will teach participants how to lead meetings, persuade decision makers, recruit volunteers, and much more! Click the "Get in Touch" button to grab your spot or just to get more information.

Empower Green Voices also hopes to partner with schools and educators to provide Issue Advocacy 101 as a remote afterschool program or elective course for students.

Lastly, employers can participate Empower Green Voices Manager Mentorship Program. This mentorship program provides employers with additional resources to train first time managers. New managers need guidance on how to set a team culture, run staff training, enforce company standards, handle diversity related issues and much more. I will mentor new managers through 1-on-1 meetings to both access what skills they may need to improve on and give them the space to talk through growing pains.
